DiPalma's

I had an interesting meal at DiPalma's Pizza in Southbury tonight. They had an apple salad special. Goat cheese, walnuts, roasted apples, chicken, and balsmic dressing. It came with olives, but I asked for it without. Pretty good except for the chicken which was obviously from a Sisco bag.

Very busy place with an almost continuous take-out flow. A lot of people prefer their pies (I am partial to Julios I think).

New restaurant in Seymour

We went to the Hot Tamale restaurant which is on Rt 67 in Seymour. We enjoyed the atmosphere (full on a Thursday night) and the service. I was very happy with my combination platter, although the green pepper sauce dominated the other sauces on the plate.

The restuarant had live music.

First Post

This is the first post. I hope to write about my dining experience in and around Southbury, CT.
